Booking and Payment Information

Reservations & Payments

  • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total quoted rate is required to secure and confirm your booking.
  • Final Balance: The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • Payment Methods: All bank charges and foreign exchange fees are for the payer’s account. Credit card payments, are subject to a 3.5% service fee per transaction (depending on payment method).

Cancellation Terms

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, the following fees apply:

  • 61+ days prior to arrival: Full refund, less a $50 USD administrative and banking fee.
  • 31 – 60 days prior to arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value will apply.
  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee will apply (non-refundable).

Please note: A $50 USD transaction fee will be deducted from all processed refund payments.
